If your request is approved, you may return the item(s) to LABS COLLECTIVE in their original packaging.
Please note: Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
Returned Items
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items that are worn, stained, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we do not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) services.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in the currency used for the purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
